Paul Deninger is currently a Senior Managing Director of Evercore Partners and has 25 years of investment banking experience, having completed over 150 technology transactions in his career.
Previously, Paul was Vice Chairman at Jefferies & Co., where he led the Technology Group and some of the firm’s most prominent technology IPO and
M&A deals. Earlier, Paul was CEO of Broadview, a technology M&A firm, from 1996 to 2002 and played a key role in the success of the business. While Paul was at the firm, Broadview grew revenues from under $10M in 1987 to over $300M in 2000, while delivering attractive profits every year. Paul served as a member of the investment committees of both Kennet II and Kennet III. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Boston College.
