Paul Harkins is CEO of Billaway. Mr. Harkins is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the consumer services and incentives industry.
Prior to Billaway in 2011, Mr. Harkins served as the CEO at OfferIQ and as founder of inStream Media, a point of purchase advertising company. Mr. Harkins has secured advertising and incentive
contracts with several large retailers, including Borders, Dollar General and Destination Maternity, as well as with financial institutions Chase and Fifth Third Bank.
Mr. Harkins also led fundraising efforts and raised significant venture capital and debt financing for both OfferIQ and inStream. Prior to inStream, Mr. Harkins served as President of The Schubert Group, a boutique management firm focused on growing software relationships in China.
Mr. Harkins attended St. Thomas Aquinas University with a focus on Psychology.
