Paul Milbury has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2014. He is the Chair of our Audit Committee. Paul Milbury served as vice president of operations and chief financial officer of Starent Networks, Corp, a provider of mobile networking solutions, from January 2007 until its acquistion for $2.9 billion by Cisco Systems,
Inc., a networking and telecommunications company, in December 2009.
From December 2009 to July 2010, Paul Milbury played a key role in integrating Starent Networks into Cisco to create the Mobile Internet Technology Group. From December 2000-March 2007, Paul Milbury served as vice president and chief financial officer of Avid Technology, Inc., a digital media creation, management and distribution solutions company.
Paul Milbury currently serves on the board of Infinera Corporation, an optical networking equipment provider and Gigamon Inc., a provider of an intelligent visibility architecture for enterprises and service providers. Paul Milbury also serves on the boards of two private companies.
