Paul, a recognized leader in the human resources consulting and technology industries, served as HighRoads’ CEO for four years. He spent nearly 30 years with Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now Towers Watson), one of the world’s leading HR consulting firms, in a variety of consulting and senior management roles before retiring as global COO.
Just prior
to HighRoads, Paul served as chairman and CEO of GRX Technologies Inc., a software company focused on supply-chain management for the commercial insurance industry.
Most recently, Paul served as interim CEO of Salary.com where he led the turnaround and subsequent sale to Kenexa in October, 2010.
Paul currently sits on the board of directors for two publicly traded companies, Mac-Gray Corporation (TUC) and Caldwell Partners (TSX:CWL), and for Provant Health Solutions, a privately held wellness company. He also sits on the advisory boards of BullseyeEvaluation, Brodeur Partners and Employ Insight.
Paul has a Bachelor of Mathematics from Boston College and a Master of Actuarial Science with distinction from the University of Michigan Business School. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
