Paul is a partner and managing director in the Sydney office. Since joining BCG in 1998, he has worked for clients in a range of industry sectors, including travel and tourism, agribusiness, consumer goods, food services, industrial goods, financial services and telecommunications.
Paul is a core member of BCG's Travel and Tourism, People
& Organization, and Operations practice areas. He is also a topic leader for BCG's Engaging for Results organization tool.
Before BCG and university, Paul worked in the agribusiness sector through his management of a family dairy-farming business. This business is still operated by his family and has grown into one of Australia's largest dairy farming operations. Paul has a bachelor's of arts and law degree from the University of Queensland and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
