Tolliver joined Intel as CIO in August, 2016. Prior to Intel, she was corporate vice president of Business Services and chief information officer (CIO) at The Dow Chemical Company. In her 20+ year career with Dow Chemical, Paula led a progressively expanding portfolio of global business services with a strong track record for driving business results and corporate level transformational change spanning: strategic sourcing, business process and operating discipline improvements, digital initiatives, and leveraging advanced analytics for competitive advantage. She led a Services Business for Dow Chemical with $1B in revenue, and is a sought-after industry expert in cyber security for global enterprises.
Tolliver holds a bachelor’s degree in business information systems and computer science from Ohio University and also attended the Babson College Executive Education Program.
