Pete Co-Founded HipCal.com when he was in college at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Plaxo acquired HipCal in 2006 and Pete became User Experience lead. While at Plaxo, Pete created and designed Plaxo Pulse, the first (and frequently copied) lifestream aggregators. Comcast acquired Plaxo in 2008.

Pete left Comcast in 2009 to start HipChat.com
