Mr. Aranow is the Chairman of Boynton Angels, a Worcester investor group that invests in start-up companies.
Peter Aranow has spent 30 years in finance. For 17 years he was in the investment banking department of Bear Stearns & Co., where he worked on debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and was the investment banker
responsible for Bear Stearns’ initial public offering.
For the following 13 years he served as chief financial officer for a number of public and privately-owned companies, including an Internet advertising company and the New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation.
Mr. Aranow holds an BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
