Peter Van Camp has served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Equinix since April 2007. Prior to becoming Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Peter served as Equinix’s Chief Executive Officer and as a Member of the Board of Directors since May 2000 and as President since March 2006. In addition, in December 2005, Peter
