Peter Kelly is executive vice president, focussing on Strategy and M&A, as well as ensuring a successful integration with Freescale.
Peter joined NXP in 2011 and has 30 years of experience working in the technology industry in Europe and the United States.
Prior to NXP, Peter was CFO of the energy company UGI and prior to that he was at
Agere Systems where he was part of the management team that led the spinoff of Agere from Lucent Technology. There, he was originally responsible for global operations and subsequently became CFO.
Peter also serves on the board of directors for Plexus, where he is chairman of the audit committee.
Peter earned a bachelor’s degree in management sciences from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology.
