Peter Lucey is the Founder, President, and CIO of Bull & Bear. Peter is an established portfolio manager with 15 years of wealth management and leadership experience, 9 years of which he managed his first Firm, Arsenal Advisors.
Peter began his career successfully navigating the 2008 financial crisis, by not only controlling the downside
portfolio risk during these times of extreme volatility, but also growing his client's portfolio year over year.
Over the past decade, Peter has developed and refined the firm’s original trading programs that are at the core of the firm's overall investment strategy. Peter’s ultimate goal is to continue to provide his clients the missing pieces of a balanced portfolio while significantly reducing the downside risks.
Peter received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northwestern University.
