Phil Tee is a serial technology inventor and software entrepreneur. Phil has founded network management company RiverSoft, which was listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Board, and ultimately sold to Micromuse. He also founded Njini, an information asset management software company which was sold to Riverbed Technology in 2008. In addition,
Phil co-founded Micromuse, which held its IPO on NASDAQ in 1998 and was sold to IBM in 2006. To date, Phil designed the software that monitors over 80% of IP networks globally today, including IBM Tivoli Netcool, HP OpenView, Cisco InfoCenter and several other OEM customers.
