King Nelson joined Q'Apel Medical as CEO and Director in 2019.King Nelson has more than 30 years of diverse experience and expertise with medical devices. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Kerberos Proximal Solutions, which was acquired by FoxHollow, and as president and CEO of VenPro, which was acquired by Medtronic.
Prior to
that, he spent 19 years with Baxter and American Hospital Supply Corporation with roles that included division president for Dade Diagnostics, Bentley Labs and Baxter’s Perfusion Services.
He currently serves on the board of directors for several early stage private medical device companies.
King received his Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and MBA from the University of Miami.
