Randy Schott is a Co-Founder and COO of Lettermen’s Energy. He is a well-known and respected leader, team builder, and operator in the propane industry. Starting in 1990, he joined the country's second-largest propane company as a District Manager in the Pacific Northwest. Over the next 22 years, he rose through the ranks- ultimately to the
position of Senior Vice President of Retail Operations where he was responsible for operations and sales for all of North America.
He holds both an AS from Menlo College and a BS from the University of Oregon.
