Raza is a 25-year veteran of the digital media industry. Raza managed development for a range of products from hardware to desktop/mobile software to web. Raza is a respected industry expect in video/music technologies and particularly in information architecture and metadata.
Raza was previously CTO and co-founder of TuneUp Media
where he built the award-winning TuneUp plug-in for iTunes. Raza has consulted on product definition and development for Sony/Gracenote, Rovi/AMG, Motorola, TDK Electronics and many others. Raza has also architected various industry standards for music and audiobooks for the Consumer Electronics Association.
Raza started his career with a 12-year stint at Intel Corporation where he worked on ground-breaking video compression algorithms and started Intel’s Developer Relations Group.
Raza holds a BSEE degree from SUNY Stony Brook.
