Rebecca Ward brings to Moxie a wealth of expertise in managing high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Moxie in 2014, Ward served as the chief executive officer of Tealeaf, where she helped the company not only sustain during the economic downturn, but grow and deliver innovative customer experience management (CEM) solutions. She
presided over Tealeaf’s successful sale to IBM in June 2012.
Ward holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Northeastern University, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Boston University. She completed MIT Sloan School of Management’s Executive Program in Business Management. Ward’s previous experience includes leadership roles with Digex, GTE Internetworking and Xerox.
