Over 20 years ago Rich began his career in the U.S Army as a Military Intelligence Analyst, which introduced him to the magical world of Unix. This experience laid the groundwork for him to pioneer the field of threat intelligence analysis as a security consultant within various defense and intelligence agencies. By 2011 he co-founded ThreatConnect
as the CIO, where he led the globally recognized ThreatConnect Intelligence Research Team. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Security from American Military University.
