Richard A. Anderson has more than fifteen years of experience in business development, strategic planning and financial management. He has served as a director of Catasys since July 2003 and an officer since April 2005. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Clearant, Inc. from November 1999 until March 2005, and served as a director from November
1999 to March 2006. Mr. Anderson was previously a director and founding member of PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP’s, Los Angeles office transaction support group, where he was involved in operational and financial due diligence, valuations and structuring for high technology companies. He received a B.A. in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.
