Richard Clark serves as Oxford Networks’ Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 25 years of corporate financial and executive management experience.
Prior to joining Oxford Networks, Richard spent 15 years as part of senior management for a number of private equity owned enterprises, ranging in size from $35 million
to $500 million in annual revenue. These organizations included the automotive original equipment, automotive aftermarket and technology industries. Richard’s responsibilities included both finance and operational areas of management including international operations. He began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portland, Maine.
Richard holds a BS in Public Accounting from Husson University in Maine.
