Richard is a seasoned fintech executive with extensive experience in creating, launching and growing new, innovative consumer products. As an executive general manager, he has recently built integrated mobile banking services, new credit and lending products, and led the growth of next-generation personal financial management (PFM) tools for
digital-savvy millennials.
Richard has had success in entrepreneurial environments as both a startup Founder/CEO, as well as an executive sponsor responsible for launching new business lines within a large public enterprise. He is most passionate about building mission-driven teams and companies that have impact and creating products that delight and meaningfully serve their users.

Previous to his current role at Wipit, Richard was as an equity partner at VHA and Eureka Revenue Inc. (Eureka!), where he carried the roles of Vice President of Sales and General Manager. VHA and Eureka are national leaders in the distribution of prepaid telecom products and were previously the highest volume distributors for Boost Mobile. Richard guided Eureka! through its entrepreneurial stages and established it as a leading distributor of prepaid airtime, eventually reaching annual revenues of over $192 million.
He has also held executive positions at several distribution partners of AT&T Wireless, where he worked closely with the carrier in developing highly successful wholesale and retail distribution partnerships.
Richard received his MBA from The USC Marshall School of Business in their Global Executive program
