Richard Lee has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Detroit and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
His 37-year career in wireless communications and assisted GPS systems started as a radio frequency engineer with Motorola Communications and Cellular Sectors. He later became an executive in wireless
operators US West/Air Touch and PrimeCo (both now Verizon Wireless), and Bouygues Mobile of France.
More recently he held executive positions in assisted GPS private companies including Global Locate (acquired by Broadcom), and as executive co-founder of RX Networks before launching iPosi, Inc.
