Richard Schlosberg served as president and chief executive officer of The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, a private family foundation, from 1999 until his retirement in 2004. Prior to joining the foundation, he was publisher and chief executive officer of The Los Angeles Times, and executive vice president and director of The Times Mirror
Company, a media communications company. He is a director of eBay Inc. and chairman of the board of the Kaiser Family Foundation. Mr. Schlosberg is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
