Based in Singapore, Rich is the CEO of Asia and a co-founder of itBit. He leads the company’s regional operations and initiatives. Along with the global executive team, he continues to build itBit’s global presence as a leading international exchange. With more than a decade of experience in analyzing and investing in public and private financial
technology companies, Rich has a strong understanding of market structure, stock and commodity exchanges, and clearing corporations. Prior to itBit, he served as a Principal at Cedar Hill Capital Partners, overseeing the firm’s investments across the capital structure of various financial services institutions. He was also a Financial Analyst at Citi where he worked on mergers and acquisitions involving exchanges, trading technology, banks and brokers. Rich received a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
