Rita Chesterton is the Co-Founder and CEO of Skaffl an educational app developer.
Rita has spent the past five years helping teachers integrate new technologies into their classrooms. Her career in Instructional Technology began when she was hired as a Technology Coach as part of the Pennsylvania Classrooms of the Future Grant.
She has
earned a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from Arcadia University. In her role as Instructional Technologist she helped to develop and implement a one-to-one computing program for students in her District in grades 7-12. Her position includes the selection of appropriate technologies and the creation of a training program for both teachers and students. Rita started her career in education as a High School Social Studies teacher. Rita is also a licensed Pennsylvania attorney.
