Rob is an energy efficiency expert, a proven and effective team leader, and a start-up specialist with more than 25 years of energy efficiency industry experience. At TEN, Rob is responsible for all internal operations, systems, and processes. He provides oversight to the financial, engineering, information technology, and construction teams, while
also collaborating on strategy.
In the past, he has helped to build and grow two successful energy efficiency companies, one of which was CLT Efficient Technologies, where he was instrumental in more than 500% growth as Chief Operating Officer over a 3-year-term. Before co-founding TEN, Rob was the Vice President of Constellation New Energy's Projects and Services Group.
Rob holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He is an avid hockey fan and, in his spare time, enjoys time with his wonderful wife, Melissa, and three terrific children.
