Robert has been a Member of the Board of Directors of McDonald’s Corporation (since January 2003), a company which franchises and operates McDonald’s restaurants in the global restaurant industry, serving as the Chair of the Compensation Committee and a Member of the Executive and Governance Committees.
Robert was a Member of the Board of Directors of Smart & Final Stores, Inc., a warehouse store, from May 2013 until July 2014 prior to it becoming a publicly-traded company.
