Since his retirement, Robert has been active as Chairman of the Board of Directors Shelburne Partners, a private investment company that works with emerging companies in the United States and Europe.
Robert has previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors of State Street Corporation and Pitney Bowes, Inc.
Robert graduated from Babson College in 1964 and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees and received an honorary Doctor of Law degree from Babson in 1995.
