Robert is the CTO and Co-Founder of Autobon. Robert’s background is in software engineering, with over 25 years of technical experience. Robert’s comprehensive background has allowed him to work in various industries, often in challenging consulting and leadership roles. His versatility and adaptability have facilitated expertise development in
embedded software development, high frequency trading, virtual reality, LTE/cellular networking, and robotics, among others. While working for Helios Group, Robert co-developed a high frequency trading system that was afterward acquired and purchased by Bear Stearns & Co. Robert subsequently served as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. His career later evolved further, including in the field of industrial robotics. Robert served as the lead Software and Hardware Mentor for the UIC Robotics Team at the University of Illinois at Chicago, including during the AUVSI Intelligent Ground Vehicle and NASA's Robotic Mining competitions.
