Roger founded Venture Investors of Wisconsin, Inc. in 1982. He is a co-founder and Managing Director of Venture Investors LLC.
Roger has extensive experience as a director of portfolio companies, over 25 years of experience in small business financing and ten years experience as owner/manager of small businesses. Since moving into
semi-retirement, Roger has been using his breadth of venture capital and operating experience to mentor and advise the other members of the team in a wide range of issues that they encounter as portfolio company directors.
