Roger began his financial planning career in 1996 with American Express Financial Advisors. Prior to launching Smart RIA™, he founded Visionary Horizons Wealth Management, an SEC-Registered Investment Advisory Company focused on financial planning and wealth management for high net worth individuals. Roger holds his Series 7 and Series 65
securities licenses through Purshe Kaplan Sterling Investment as well as possessing his Life and Health insurance licenses. He is also a Certified Financial Planner® and works full time at his practice. He is very involved in his local community working with and supporting the likes of the United Way and the American Cancer Society as well as many local organizations in East Tennessee.
