Roger Taylor is responsible for the growth and expansion throughout SMS's European region. Roger is committed to the strategic relationships with all of SMS's existing and prospective channel partners, ITO's, and long-standing direct clients. Under his leadership, Olympic Support (acquired by SMS in 2013) has become a leading
provider of enterprise IT asset services in the UK and throughout the European region.
Roger has more than 25 years of experience in the IT services industry. He founded Olympic Support in 1988 (at the age of 22), supplying Unix servers and enterprise storage solutions as a VAR for HP, HDS, Cisco, Fujitsu Siemens, Silicon Graphics, Sun Microsystems and STK. His success has been a product of his ability to spot emerging technologies, understand market dynamics, and listen to clients' needs, while maintaining a long-term commitment to his operations.
