Ron Wetzel is Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Sarna Holdings Inc., and President of Sarna Finance LLC. Previously, Ron was the CFO and Financial Controller of IG US, LLC where he was responsible for setting up finance, risk management, and other operational areas for a new subsidiary brokerage firm regulated in the United States. Ron
also served as the CFO and Controller of OptionsXpress where he led numerous regulatory compliance exams and annual financial audits for both its international and domestic subsidiaries. He played a lead role in OptionsXpress's successful IPO and transition to a publicly traded company as well as the successful completion of the company’s earnings press releases and the subsequent 10K/ 10Q filings. His experiences included successfully implementing and maintaining SOX control environments without any material deficiencies, leading numerous corporate acquisitions and divestitures, and lending his support and financial expertise to numerous technology system conversions and upgrades. Ron is a CPA and received his Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from Northern Illinois University
