Russ is a healthcare executive with experience in operations, product development and investing.
Prior to founding Aidin, Russ was a private investor in three case management companies with specialties in post-acute placement services and worker’s compensation claims management, which he merged into a single national entity.
Russ began his
career with Bain & Company as a consultant to Fortune 50 executives in financial services, consumer products and telecommunications.
Russ also oversaw the founding of a charter school in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood and served as director of the school from 2009-2011.
Russ received his A.B. from Harvard College where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
