Ryan Pratt is the Founder and CEO of Guerrilla RF, a leader in infrastructure RFIC's and MMIC's. He brings very strong RFIC design, cellular FEM experience, and Wi-Fi experience from working at RFMD and Skyworks.
At Skyworks, he gained excellent operational experience starting the Skyworks Greensboro, NC Design Center. In addition,
he gained critical product team building experience, management experience, and leadership experience in building up the Skyworks Greensboro, NC Design Center to over 50 people.
Previous to Skyworks, Ryan help Engineering Management and Senior IC Design Engineer positions at RFMD. He worked in the Infrastructure Product Line and then in the WLAN product line.
Ryan graduated from NC State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He has 4 patents granted with several more pending.
