Salman Ansari is the Principal Full Stack Engineer at Unsupervised. He was the former Co-Founder and CTO at Rested.
I'm an entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in founding startups, understanding customers, and building great products.
After graduating with a Bachelors in Computer Science from University of Waterloo, I joined two
friends to found a startup in the social marketing space (Involver). As its founding engineer, I built the core architecture of the Involver platform, and led development and growth for the core product suite and engineering team. With strong customer adoption and retention in the B2B and Enterprise markets, Involver was acquired by Oracle, where I went on to lead critical initiatives including the integration of social products into Oracle’s marketing suite, and the launch of a new Oracle Social mobile application.
I'm a prolific public speaker, and give talks regularly on topics ranging from entrepreneurship and startup lessons to deep technical dives on web and iOS development. I also spend my spare time teaching, and have served as a lead instructor for established technical schools such as General Assembly.
I'm now cofounding a new digital health startup focused on helping people sleep better.
