Mr. Lee served on the board of directors of E.Piphany, a software solutions company, Epigram, Amber Networks, Ambit Design Systems, Forte Design Systems,, and several other privately held companies. He is currently investor and/or advisor in KSOC Labs, Juvo, and DailyPay
Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Mississippi State University, an M.E. in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
