Since 1996, Mr. Lee has led most of M&A and restructuring deals of Doosan Group and successfully closed more than thirty transactions, including the acquisition of Doosan Infracore and Bobcat and the divestiture of Doosan Liquor and Techpack, Coca-cola, Oriental Brewery
Before leading major M&A and
restructuring, Mr. Lee was in charge of the strategic planning team and the financial management team at the Strategic Planning Center
Mr. Lee holds a BS from Chonbuk National University in Economics, and Master degree from Chung-Ang University in Business Administration
