Sarah Cherry Rice drives the company's vision, strategy and growth. She currently works for the Lawrence Public Schools to implement effective data-driven instructional practices in nine of the district’s middle and elementary schools. Earlier she worked at The Achievement Network coaching district and charter school principals to implement
performance management strategies in greater Boston, New York City and Newark resulting in substantial gains in ELA and Math. Sarah taught middle school math in Philadelphia as a Teach For America corps member, where she first became passionate about urban education and teacher professional development.
