Sarah Smith is a pre-seed and seed stage investor focused on increasing CEO leadership impact. She primarily funds companies building marketplaces, fintech, future of work applications, and dev tools. Previously, Sarah was an investor with Bain Capital Ventures, Graph Ventures, and helped found F7 Ventures. At Bain Capital Ventures, she oversaw the
funding of over 50 early-stage emerging managers. Sarah has operating and executive experience scaling various global teams at Meta (Facebook) and Quora. She currently sits on the boards of Lime and Archive Resale. Sarah has degrees from Stanford University and University of Wisconsin-Madison and is based in Menlo Park with her husband and two kids. She volunteers for All Raise, teaches at Stanford, and can often be found playing strategy board games, eating tacos, or thrifting.
