I specialize in turning fragmented, analog industries into scalable, data-driven platforms. At BigRentz, I’ve led the transformation from a rental marketplace into a vertically integrated procurement engine — combining logistics, vendor management, and SaaS into one solution for the multi-trillion-dollar construction sector.
We’ve booked over half
a billion in rentals. Now we’re scaling SiteStack — a new category of software that connects contractors, jobsite data, equipment rental, trade venders, and materials into one intelligent system. What Procore did for project management, SiteStack is doing for vendor and logistics orchestration.
I’ve raised capital, navigated M&A, rebuilt product from the ground up, and managed through high-stakes inflection points — from restructuring and leadership gaps to product setbacks and market pivots. I operate with urgency, set a high bar, and have zero tolerance for inefficiency or drift. Most software founders and leaders underestimate how hard it is to drive real change in ops-heavy industries. I’ve lived it. And I’m still all in.
Prior to BigRentz, I led the turnaround of MNX, a global time-critical logistics company with offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. I digitized a fragmented, manual-process business, built a proprietary TMS, and put in place the operating framework that enabled a successful private equity exit — and later, the company's acquisition by UPS.
