Scott Shilling has had a long and successful career in Information Technology. Initially, Scott was trained in the technical side of the IT industry, while also learning the management and leadership skills required for this intense field from EDS. Scott then spent 16 years with Perot Systems: honing his craft, moving from Technical Team Leader to
Project Manager to Account Manager, even Sales. While at Perot Systems, Scott pioneered much of the offshore development best practices for Perot Systems which have been widely adopted across the industry. After Perot Systems, he took an ownership position in E5systems, which was subsequently purchased by Lionbridge.
Since 2014, Scott has teamed up with his son and co-founder, Brad to create what has become WorkWeb. 32 years of experience is now zoned in on the development of the WorkWeb platform- Scott considers WorkWeb his best career achievement.
