Mr. Shai Levy has been the CEO of ProSeed Venture Capital Fund Ltd (traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as TLV:PRSD) since 2012. Mr. Levy has a key role in managing ProSeed fund's investments, deal flow, financing and M&A as well as serving on a variety of companies Board of Directors in a wide range of industries.
Mr. Levy gained
broad-based management experience with investments in the U.S, Europe and Israel in various sectors mostly focusing on High-Tech, Real Estate and Family Office.
Prior to Joining ProSeed, Mr. Levy served as the Chief Financial & Investment Officer for the Tahari Family in New York for over 5 years, as Director of Financial Reporting & Compliance at the Deutsch Inc, New York (a part of Interpublic Group NYSE:IPG), auditor at PwC, New York and at Ernst and Young Israel.
Mr. Levy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tel-Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
