Shamit Mehta is a Vice President with Susquehanna Growth Equity. He focuses on software/SaaS, Healthcare IT and Information Services businesses. He works with SGE’s investments in MMIT, HMP Communications, Skybox Security and Versafe.
Prior to joining SGE, Shamit was with Great Hill Partners where he focused on software, business services,
transaction processing and post-secondary sectors. Preceding Great Hill, Shamit was with Deutsche Bank’s TMT investment banking practice.
Shamit’s prior investments include Passport Health Communications, Freightquote.com, PayChoice, Nuemont University, Anthem Institute and SecureWorks (acquired by Dell).
Shamit received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and graduated cum laude from Carnegie Mellon with a B.S. in Information Decision Systems and Industrial Management and an M.S. in Information Management Systems.
