Sheila Schwartz is a vice president and board member at BioPoly. She is directly responsible for Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Regulatory Affairs. She also leads and manages Human Resources and Accounting. She ensures that the President/CEO’s vision is focused and executed efficiently, timely, and cost-effectively.
Prior to BioPoly,
she accrued 10 years of management experience with Walgreens where she was responsible for all aspects of managing the Pharmacy Department at several Cincinnati locations. She became involved in BioPoly in 2004 first as the “angel” investor while working as a Walgreens Pharmacist as BioPoly was beginning to develop and required capital.
Sheila graduated from Butler University with a bachelor of science in pharmacy.
