A business alumnus of Los Angeles Southwest College and Los Angeles Community College who also completed studies at Lumbeau School of Real Estate, Solomon Morris Davis is an experienced real estate investment and management professional who serves as CEO of Somoda Management, Inc. In this capacity, Solomon Morris Davis seeks out undeveloped
residential and commercial real estate for purchase and oversees improvements and repairs to those buildings to enhance their resale value. He presently manages 15 properties in Southern California and Atlanta, Georgia.
In addition to his investment activities through Somoda Management, Solomon Davis is the former managing partner at Solton Properties, where he acquired probate and foreclosed real estate. Similar to his responsibilities with Somoda, he worked with lenders, investors, and other relevant parties to improve and re-sell these properties. He currently serves as Chairman of P.I.E Investment, LLC, a Tennessee corporation, and is a manager of Carver Pacific, LLC, through which he is responsible for hiring maintenance staff and ship captain for a yacht. His hobbies include exercising, traveling, boating, and attending Broadway shows.
