Soojin Jun. is Founder at Jun Innovations. He is a professor of food engineering in the Department of Human Nutrition, Food and Animal Sciences at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed journal publications in the areas of novel food processing technologies, system modeling and simulation, and food freezing.
He is currently the sole shareholder of Jun Innovations. Dr. Jun holds the exclusive license from the University of Hawaii at Manoa to commercialize supercooling technology through Jun Innovations INC.
