Sorin is co-founder and director at Promethean. He serves as the company’s Chief Technical Officer and is the principal inventor of the company’s patent-pending energy storage technology. Sorin graduated with a Masters of Science in Engineering & Management degree from MIT. While in Boston, he met his future co-founder, Sam White, and together
they started Promethean Power in 2007. Sorin currently lives in Delhi where he is helping Promethean’s subsidiary ramp up production of milk chillers and adapt the energy storage technology to other cold-chain applications. He is originally from Romania.
