Soum Paul is the CTO and CoFounder of Superteams.ai, and a serial entrepreneur, technologist, and author who has been a key player in the Indian and international startup ecosystems for over two decades.
As an alumnus of IIT Kanpur's Computer Science department, his career has been defined by a passion for building innovative media and
technology platforms. In his current role at Superteams.ai, he focuses on leveraging open-source generative AI to deliver custom solutions and accelerate product and content development for growing firms.
Before co-founding Superteams.ai, he was the Founder and CEO of several other ventures. This includes Spark.Live, a creator-led multilingual marketplace for live cohort-based courses, and Home Screen Network. His extensive startup experience also includes key roles at other high-growth companies, such as the acquired firms Knowlarity (acquired by GupShup) and Mixercast (acquired by YouTube), and State.com in London. He has also worked as an advisor for companies like NewsDeeply. Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Paul is a published author with two books released by HarperCollins India: Topper Prepares (2015) and Flight of the Unicorns (2017).
Soum's interests extend to filmmaking, and he is a TEDx Speaker who frequently addresses technological disruption. A seasoned traveler who has lived and worked in multiple countries, he continues to build platforms that empower creators and businesses in the evolving digital landscape.
