Stan Kroenke became the majority shareholder of Arsenal Football Club in April 2011, having previously been appointed to the board of directors in 2008.
As the head of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, he owns a number of American sports properties; the Denver Nuggets basketball team, Colorado Rapids Major League Soccer team, St. Louis Rams of
the NFL and the Colorado Avalanche ice hockey team in the NHL. He is a real estate developer and also owns the Outdoor Channel and Altitude Sports & Entertainment.
