Stan McKee has deep knowledge of technology, and business and financial expertise. Until his retirement in 2002, McKee served as executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer at Electronic Arts Inc., a publicly-held company that develops and publishes interactive entertainment.
Under his leadership, Electronic Arts had
unprecedented growth, expanding its sales revenue from $50 million to $2.5 billion. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, McKee was chief financial officer at Digital Research, Inc., a privately-held developer of operating systems, computer languages and applications. In addition, he served in the consulting division of Arthur Andersen for seven years.
McKee has been a member of Leapfrog's board of directors and chair of the audit committee since November 2003. He also served as a director and audit committee chairman of ArcSight, Inc., a publicly-held company that provided security and compliance management software and appliances to government and commercial entities, from February 2005 until its acquisition by HP in 2010. McKee has served on numerous other private company and joint venture boards.
McKee earned a B.A and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
